Program Overview
In SPARK, children learn to be accountable for the equipment they use and respectful toward their classmates. Each week features a new theme rooted in the traditions of Taekwondo and introduces the foundational skills students will need before moving into the Dragons program.
Lessons focus on building stronger physical abilities and cognitive skills, giving young learners the confidence and coordination they need to grow both on and off the mat.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.
No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.
Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.
We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.
We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character. Our program is rooted in the values of loyalty, discipline, and perseverance helping students grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the mat. We teach not just technique, but the mindset and spirit of true martial artists.
