Young children training together at BEMA Academy

Program Overview

SPARK is our newest program designed for families with children ages 3-5. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate alongside their kids, helping create a supportive social atmosphere and a positive learning environment.

In SPARK, children learn to be accountable for the equipment they use and respectful toward their classmates. Each week features a new theme rooted in the traditions of Taekwondo and introduces the foundational skills students will need before moving into the Dragons program.

Lessons focus on building stronger physical abilities and cognitive skills, giving young learners the confidence and coordination they need to grow both on and off the mat.
